Shipping Policy – Digital Products

All products sold on chaos-order.com are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link to your purchased files. In most cases this happens within a few minutes. The link is also available in your order confirmation and on your order status page.

Downloading your files
Please download and save your files as soon as you receive them. Your download link may be limited in validity or number of downloads, so we recommend keeping a backup copy of your files.

Didn't receive your email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If you still can't find your download link after 30 minutes, contact us with your order number, and we will resend it promptly.

Technical requirements
You need a device with a stable internet connection and software that can open the file formats provided (e.g. PNG, PDF). The file formats are listed on each product page.
