Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The returned goods will be inspected to verify whether they have been used or damaged. If the goods have been used or damaged, even partially, no refund will be possible.
